Khan is the founding head of Lifesciences at LUMS School of Science and Engineering. Khan is currently a senior scientist with the Molecular Biology Consortium, a non-profit research group focused on imaging biological structures and based at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, where he studies the structural dynamics of systems involved in cell motility.
