Fundación Ciencia & Vida

In 1980, Dr. Valenzuela co-founded the biotechnology company, Chiron Corporation and served as the director of research for about 15 years. Upon his return to Chile, Valenzuela founded the Fundacion Ciencia para la Vida and continues to act as its director. He is also a Professor at the Catholic University of Chile and Andres Bello University.
