Young scientists, especially from underrepresented groups, face many challenges in trying to succeed in science. One way to help them confront these challenges is through good mentorship. For young scientists, we offer many talks that explore how to identify and receive good mentorship. For mentors of young scientsts, we also offer talks that explore how to be a good mentor.
